Huh.. so F3ar actually proposed the ng proposal that has been terminated for:

 Preproposal: alt.discuss.f3ar Terminated   Group: alt.discuss.config Date: Tue, Feb 17, 2004, 12:19pm (CST-2) From: nobody@webtv.net 

The proposal for alt.discuss.f3ar has been withdrawn because the proposed group is unacceptable   

It took f3ar coming in here to get it terminated.. and then a whole day before the termination was posted.. hopefully whatever hole was in the system has been closed.
