| Negative numbers can be used for various effects..so I decided to try it on Oil Paint. Oil Paint uses numbers from 1 to 33. In my example below I used -13 for both Oil Paint and Solarize (which is a controllable version of negate). If I would have used a positive 13 for Oil Paint ..well, it was an ugly blur! But a negative 13 gave me a softened painted look. So my steps were ..input at IM, -13 Oil Paint at F/X, -13 Solarize at F/X, and then I also decided to see what a difference composite would do.. |
